I found it only because it appears in asdm data for 2014. I find nothing googling. Given the paucity of data this appears to must have be a missing hit-and-run mis-coding??

I found this while reconciling the 2014 data, this is adot incident=2910697
The data is loaded with UNKNOWN, e.g. driver’s age unknown and gender is unspecified; it would appear this must have been a hit and run, yet the hit and run flag is not set! (This is the third 2014 fatality that appears to be missing the hit and run flag!!).
The bicyclist is faulted for UNKNOWN, and is most at fault (unit 1).
