Bicycle license?
Posted on June 11th, 2007 1 commentSince bicyclists are granted all the rights and responsibilities as drivers of vehicles, are cyclists required to have a driver’s licence? §28-3151 sets forth the conditions requiring a license: “a person shall not drive a motor vehicle … on a highway without a valid driver license”. But that rule appears in Chapter 8.
The rules which apply to bicyclists are restricted to those in Chapters 3, 4 and 5 as set forth in the applicability statute.
