In this section one through lane was removed from both the north and southbound.
That is Carson Dr where the car is waiting to turn onto McClintock.
The same situation applies symmetrically to the north, at Hermosa Dr. Hermosa and Carson are both just 200′ south and north of the freeway, undoubtedly causing occaisionally long delays when pulling out.
Citizen comment: “in the morning you can’t take a left off of Carson because traffic is so backed up… Baseline to the 60 is bumper to bumper in the morning”
