“Candlesticks” were added in the buffer area on McClintock Drive, Tempe near US60 in December.
note the speed limit is posted 40mph. It is posted 35 in the vicinity of McClintock High (as is consistent with all schools adjacent to arterials in Tempe). I am not sure, but I think/thought it was 45; perhaps further south?
