“NO TURN ON RED” signs are routinely disobeyed. Three drivers made this violation in under 5 minutes as I was walking by.
The driver in the silver sedan made a prohibited turn. If i recall correctly, the Black sedan driver then followed suit (there are dual right turn lanes) — it’s common for when one driver violates, more do.
